Cor J. Brakel (1937, Dutch) has chaired the Supervisory Board since 1998. He chaired the Executive Board of Wolters Kluwer N.V. up tot the end of 1999. Dumolin (1945, Belgian) from 1998 until the acquisition of Solvus N.V. by USG People N.V. in 2005, Mr. Dumolin was a member of the Supervisory Board of Solvus N.V. acting in the role of independent executive director. Mr. Dumolin is chairman and CEO of the Koramic Investment Group. He also holds a number of directorships (supervisory and advisory). He is deputy chairman of the Aufsichtraat Wienerberger in Vienna, trustee of the National Bank in Belgium, a member of the supervisory commission for the Banking, Finance and Insurance Industry (CBFA), a member of the supervisory board of the Financial Services Authority, a member of the General Council of Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School, member of the Board of the Verbond Belgische Ondernemingen (VBO), a member of the Board of the Vlaamse Jonge Ondernemingen (VLAJO), a member of the Board of Trustees of the Corparate Governance Institute and an executive directory of several companies, including Clear2Play, De Steeg Investments, E & L Real Estate, Vitalo Industries and Mercapital. Joost H. van Heijningen Nanninga (1946, Dutch) joined the Supervisory Board of USG People N.V. in April 2001. He is a partner in Egon Zehnder International and hence has wide expertise in the field of personnel and organisation. Mr. Van Heijningen Nanninga sits on the supervisory boards of companies, including Athlon Groep N.V. and Krauthammer (Brussels). He is also an active member of various foundations and associations, including the United World College Foundation and the Vereniging Rembrandt. His period in office ends in 2009.
Marike E. van Lier Lels (1959, Dutch) joined the Supervisory Board of USG People N.V. in December 2002. She graduated from Dordrecht Technical College in 1983 and from Delft Technical University in 1986. Since then she has held a number of executive directorships with companies including Koninklijke Nedlloyd, Van Gend & Loos, Deutsche Post Euro Express and Schiphol Group. Among her other positions, Ms Van Lier Lels is a member of the Supervisory Board of KPN, the Supervisory Commission of Delft Technical University, a member of the Audit Committee of the Netherlands Court of Audit and the Innovation Platform. At the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 9 May 2006, she has been appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board of USG People N.V. for a period of two years. Her period in office ends in 2008.
Alex D. Mulder (1946, Dutch) founded Unique Uitzendbureau at the age of 26. From 1972 to 1996 he developed Unique into a leading player in the employment market. The merger with Goudsmit N.V. followed in 1997 resulted in the publicly listed United Service Group N.V. Following the acquisition of Solvus N.V. the company continued under the name USG People N.V. Up to 16 November 2005 Alex Mulder was CEO and president. Effective November 2005 he transferred the function of CEO to Ron Icke. Since then, Alex Mulder had held position of chairman of the Executive Board. At the General Meeting of Shareholders in May 2006 Alex Mulder has passed his task as chairman of the Executive Board to Ron Icke and he is nominated as a member of the Supervisory Board of USG People. During this General Meeting of Shareholders, he has been appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board for a period of four years. His period in office ends in 2010.
