Ron Icke (1957, Dutch) has been CEO of USG People since 16 November 2005 and also chairman of the Executive Board as of 9 May 2006. Ron Icke joined the temporary employment industry in 1991 when he was appointed director of Goudsmit. After the merger of Unique International B.V. and Goudsmit N.V. in 1997, which produced Unique International N.V., he was appointed CFO of the new combination and became a member of the Executive Board since then. Currently, Ron Icke is a member of the supervisory baord of Gropeco and since 9 April 2008 also of Heijmans. Ron Icke qualified as a chartered accountant in Amsterdam in 1986 with the NIVRA (Netherlands Institute of Chartered Accountants). He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked as an accountant for 14 years. His responsibilities covered the general auditing practice and merger investigations.
Rob Zandbergen (1958, Dutch) was nominated CFO of USG People after the acquisition of Solvus N.V. Rob Zandbergen has been active in the temporary employment sector since early 2003, as CFO of Solvus N.V. Rob Zandbergen graduated from the Royal Netherlands Military Academy in Breda (speciality administration-economics). He went on to study business economics at the University of Amsterdam. His career started at the Ministry of Defence where he held several financial positions. In 1990 he moved to the business world, first as Corporate Controller at KPN International, followed by various national and international financial directorship functions. Subsequently he became CFO of the SNT Group N.V., a publicly listed Dutch company. After the announcement in the General Meeting of Shareholders Rob Zandbergen has been officially appointed by the Supervisory Board as CFO of USG People.
