Evamaria de Boer-Lehman (1957, Austrian) started out as a ‘temp’ with Unique Uitzendbureau in 1980 while studying Political Aspects of the Labour Market and Personnel Policy. In 1982 she joined the company as a full time intermediary with Unique, becoming a personnel officer two years later. In 1987 she was appointed manager personnel & organisation. From 1993 she spent five years as head of the personnel & organisation unit at Amsterdam RAI trade fair and congress centre, returning to Unique Nederland in 1998 as part of the management team. In 2001 she was appointed corporate director human resources for United Services Group. In 2003 she was also given responsibility for steering United Services Netherlands (the Shared Service Center). In her role as corporate vice president Evamaria de Boer is responsible for human resources.
Leo W. Houwen (1949, Dutch) held a number of commercial posts after leaving high school. In 1975 he joined Interlance Uitzendburo as a district manager. In 1980, by then commercial director, he was appointed managing director of Interlance (later acquired by Vedior Holding). In 1989, as managing director of Vedior Uitzendbureaux he made the transition to Unique Uitzendburo where he has been part of the Executive Board since 1992. Leo Houwen joined the board of the Dutch Association of Temporary Employment Companies (ABU) in 1994. He is now the association’s vice chairman. In his role as Corporate Vice President Leo Houwen is responsible for corporate affairs.
Albert Jan Jongsma (1968, Dutch) has been with USG People since 1995. After finishing his law degree he followed a number of other studies, including an MBA degree. After rising from company legal officer to Corporate Director of Legal & Acquisitions at USG People, in September 2006 Albert Jan Jongsma was appointed to the position of Corporate Vice President of Legal & M&A.
