The regulations of the Executive Board were adopted on 15 March 2005 and approved by the Supervisory Board on 16 March 2005. In article 0.1 of the regulations, reference is made to the articles of association, a vote on which was taken during the general Meeting of Shareholders on 12 May 2005.
