Hans J.H.W.H. Coffeng (1967, Dutch) started working with Unique Nederland in 1993 as an intern, working on the final stage of his sociology degree course at the Rijks Universiteit Groningen. After a career running from intermediary to managing director of Unique Nederland in 1999, he was appointed director of the United Office Services division in 2001 and effective 1 January 2003 to the Group Executive Committee and the Executive Vice Presidency of United Services Group. Alongside his activities for United Services Group Hans Coffeng also sits on the Supervisory Board of the Nijestee Housing Corporation in Groningen. As executive vice president Hans Coffeng is responsible for all activities in Germany, Austria, Switserland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Italy. 

Albert Klene (1961, Dutch) graduated in economics from the University of Amsterdam in 1987. He started with Koninklijke TPG Post (Dutch Post) as manager manual sorting, followed by various posts including director VSP Group (Network VSP) and managing director VSP Group, moving up to membership of the Mail Executive Board and directorship of Operations European Mail Networks. In 2005 he moved to Solvus as executive vice president. As executive vice president Albert Klene is responsible for all activities in the Netherlands.

Eric A.F.E. de Jong (1963, Dutch) studied International Business Administration at the Agrarische Hogeschool and gained his MBA in Great Britain. In 1986, he started his career as an intermediary at Start Uitzendbureau, where he was appointed as general manager in 2002 after holding several management and directorate positions. With 200 establishments and 1,600 employees Start People is the largest operating company of USG People. As of 1 October 2007 Eric de Jong is part of USG People’s Executive Committee. As executive vice president he is responsible for all activities in Belgium, Spain, France and Luxembourg.
