Executive Board 

The Executive Board consists of Mr Ron Icke as CEO and Mr Rob Zandbergen as CFO.

Board of Management 

The Board of Management is responsible for day-to-day operations. In addition to Ron Icke and Rob Zandbergen, the Executive Vice Presidents occupy positions on this board. Mr Hans Coffeng is Executive Vice President for Central Europe, Mr Eric de Jong Executive Vice President for South West Europe and Mr Albert Klene Executive Vice President for the Netherlands.

Executive Committee

Together with the Board of Management, the Corporate Vice Presidents make up the Executive Committee. As Corporate Vice Presidents, Ms Evamaria de Boer is responsible for Human Resources, Mr Leo Houwen for Corporate Affairs and Mr Albert Jan Jongsma for Legal and M&A.

Supervisory Board 

The Supervisory Board of USG People consists of five members. Mr Cor Brakel is the chair and Ms Marike van Lier Lels and Messrs Joost van Heijningen Nanninga, Christian Dumolin and Alex Mulder are members of the Board of Supervisory Directors.
As from the 9 May 2006, a separate audit commission and a remuneration and appointments commission have been installed. The audit commission consists of Mr Christian Dumolin (chair), Ms Marike van Lier Lels and Mr Alex Mulder. The remuneration and appointments commission consists of Mr Joost van Heijningen Nanninga (chair) and Mr Cor Brakel.
