01 December 2011 - The Supervisory Board of USG People announces its intention to appoint Hubert Vanhoe as COO of the company with effect from 1 December 2011. Hubert Vanhoe (1963) has worked for USG People since 2005, the last four years of which as Vice President of USG People in Belgium. Press release: Hans Coffeng to leave USG People

21 November 2011 - USG People announces that Hans Coffeng is leaving the company. As COO on the Executive Board of USG People N.V., Mr. Coffeng was responsible for activities in the Netherlands and Germany. The parties have decided to go their separate ways due to a difference of opinion on policy going forward. Mr. Coffeng is stepping down with immediate effect but will remain at the company’s disposal until 1 December 2011 to facilitate a smooth transfer of ongoing projects and other tasks. Changes in strategy and organisational structure

28 October 2011 - As of 1 January 2012 we will make some major changes to our strategy and organisational structure. One of these changes will be to reduce our brand portfolio from almost 20 brands to five international brands, grouped into three product / market combinations. 04 May 2011 - At the BlackBerry World conference in Florida, USG People Spain won second place today in the Business Impact category for the BlackBerry 2011 Wireless Achievement Award.
